In the 1960s, this type of sweatshirt was used as a physical training uniform at U.S. military academies, particularly at the United States Military Academy West Point (USMA).
Crafted from 17.1 oz cotton fleece with a reverse weave construction, this version is heavier than the original. We’ve faithfully restored the original features, including seamless shoulders and ribbed inserts on both sides. The ribbed cuffs and hem are intentionally made in a slightly different color from the body fabric, staying true to the original design details.
